Shoe sizes are in US mens. NOTE: shoes are originally sized in EU sizes. Shoes are accurately listed but may very within 1/2 size. Every size ranges 1/2 size + (6-6.5, 7-7.5, 8-8.5 etc). If you are a size 7.5 and it fits good. I would recommend getting a size 7. If you are a size 7.5 and its a very snug fit. I would recommend a size 8 to be on the safer end of wearable, or too small.
